Bravium produces single vineyard, varietal wines from unique vineyards and appellations under its flagship Bravium brand. With extremely limited production [24 to 448 cases per wine], Derek and his team produce wines with transparent quality being the guiding principle. Bravium ensures that vineyards are farmed in a manner encouraging optimal ripening and balanced flavors and acidity. Year-to-year experience guides the harvest decision. In the winery, traditional winemaking is employed emphasizing an Old World hands-off philosophical approach paired with New World fruit. Each Bravium wine is true to the vineyard's and vintage's characteristics.

In addition to Bravium wines, Derek has developed a roster of distinctive bottlings utilizing a more hands-on practical approach. Artisan brand wines are blended to ensure consistent quality from year to year. From Proprietary White and Red California Blends to high-end Bordeaux Blends from Napa's Diamond Mountain District, there is a wine that suits every taste and food pairing.
