- An Austrian varietal, Lemberger, is rapidly becoming Colorado’s grape. A medium-bodied dry red, this wine has lots of fruit flavor up front, followed by an earthy note and light toasted oak. No tannin astringency. Designed to go with pork, it is very versatile with food and works especially well with BBQ. Nice with appetizers and light foods. Nice summer red.
