Sales Tax and Tax Exempt Sales
- Sales Tax:
Sales Tax is computed based on where you take delivery of the order. Normally, in-state sales are charged the state sales tax rate and out of state sales are tax free. When you pickup at the winery, you pay the normal retail sales tax for the winery.
Tax exempt entities have to file the appropriate paperwork before a tax exempt in-state order is processed.
