- Deep Garnet Amethyst color with notes of baked cherries, roasted green pepper, brown sugar and leather on the nose. The entry is soft and supple with a dry, yet fruity medium/full body. Tannins are silky and balanced. An elegant cab and an excellent pair for Prime Rib.
