Return, Refund, Cancel and Change
- Return: In general, you may return items within 7 days for a full refund with the some exceptions. Refunds are made to your credit card.
Special orders, wines over $50 per bottle and anything that is not returned in marketable condition in the original packaging are not returnable. Delivery charges (if any) are not refundable.
Cancel/Change: If you need to cancel or change an order after it has been placed, you have two options:
If the order has not been processed, you can go to Your Orders and click Cancel for the order you wish to cancel. As long as the cancel option appears, the charge has not been processed to your credit card.
In all other instances, call the winery immediately.
