SPIRITS

Blue Rascal Distillery is proud to offer a range of spirits available in our tasting room and in selected liquor stores in southern New Jersey. 750ml.

**GIN**
*Gold Medal Winner: East Coast Craft Spirit Awards and The Fifty Best.* Grain neutral spirit re-distilled with juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, cinnamon, lemon peel, cardamom. Made with fresh local blueberries.

Blueberry Brandy — **BLUEBERRY BRANDY**
*Silver Medal Winner, People’s Choice & Best In Class: East Coast Craft Spirit Awards.* German style eu de vie distilled from locally sourced blueberries. Fruity and earthy nose with a smooth burn - it's not your uncle's sweet brandy! Gluten free.

Straight rye whiskey — **RYE WHISKEY**
Peppery bite, a spicy splash of flavor. Toasted marshmallows add a hint of flavor. Dried fruit flavors, nutty flavors. Aged at least 3 1/2 years.

**BLUEBERRY BRANDY RESERVE 113**
The nose of this spirit is fresh, clean and mildly fruity and the flavor is complex and rounded with a slight sweetness from both the brandy base spirit and the whole fruit. Blueberry, oak, leather, floral, and vanilla.

Vodka — **VODKA**
Corn vodka is full-bodied, yet soft and has a sweet, crisp, clean, tasteless finish. As a result, this makes it an excellent mixer in either stirred or shaken cocktails.

Coffee Flavored Whiskey — **COFFEE FLAVORED WHISKEY**
*Silver Medal Winner: East Coast Craft Spirit Awards.* Candied, sweet aromas and flavors of dark roasted coffee bean and brown sugar, dark chocolate, leather, peanut brittle, and a velvety, flat, sweet medium-to-full body.

**WHEAT WHISKEY**
Cereal notes, with lots of brown bread and malted notes. Aromatic spiced and cooked fruit mingle with a delicate floral character sweetened with light vanilla bean and brown sugar notes. Straight wheat whisky aged at least 3 1/2 years.

**BARREL HONEY FLAVORED RUM**
Blackstrap molasses, sweetened with a touch of local honey, aged in new char #3 American oak barrels.

**RUM**
Molasses rum is richer, has a much more well rounded and fuller taste spectrum, and flavors have unbeatable notes of raisins, cracked caramel and raw sugar cane. Warms you up, but never burns.

Gin aged 6 months — **GIN**
This premium handcrafted Gin is aged in new American oak barrels. The result is an aromatic small batch gin with sweet, subtle, warm tasting notes. We use fresh Hammonton grown blueberries in the botanical blend along with juniper, coriander, cardamom, lemon and others.

LIQUEURS

Hand batched fruit liqueurs made from fruit juice and natural flavoring. Excellent over ice, as an addition to your favorite cocktail, or mixed with seltzer to taste. Liqueurs are 60 proof, except for Raspberry, which is 70 proof. Featured in many of Blue Rascal's specialty cocktails. 375ml.
