Over 7 years ago I tasted my first dry cider made by a Pennsylvania craft cidery and was smitten. After many years of home-brew, classes and failures there was success. Red Balloon Cider is a located in our sister business Switchback Pizza which is also our tap room. We have over 9 ciders on tap and serve Pennsylvania craft beers. Our taps are constantly changing driven by head cider maker (and Pizzaiolo) Andrew’s creativity.
