Original Rum
Crafted in small batches right here in Maine, we use only the finest natural ingredients that we can find. A blend of five carefully selected aromatics and a special Caramel infusion give Original Rum it’s distinctive color and amazingly fragrant notes.
KOPI Coffee Flavored Rum
KOPI Rum uses some of our finest rum as a base. We use custom roasted Indonesian Sumatra for a subtle coffee flavor that is intended not to cover up the rum, but to simply enhance it.
Spider Island Rum
Spider Island Rum is our boldest offering yet. This Rum is molasses forward and, like a very old whisk(e)y, finishes with a wee bit of heat on the fat part of your tongue. Great for sipping by a smoky campfire and tough enough to go a few rounds with your favorite mixer.
Sin-Gria
“Sin-Gria is a modern take on the quintessential batched cocktail, Sangria. We make it with our award-winning craft Rum, a California Cabernet, pomegranate, and various citrus flavors. It is lightly carbonated for a little fizz so you can serve it in a pilsner glass or champagne flute for your fancy-pants friends, pour it over ice, or just chug it out of the can like we do.”

Portland Rum
Portland Rum has all the oaky goodness of old Bourbon, some spiciness from the Rye that formerly inhabited these barrels, and the full mouth feel and caramel goodness you would expect from this 100% still Rum.

At Sebago Lake Distillery we love Rum. We love everything about Rum and every drop of Rum with our name on it is made from scratch right here at the distillery from domestically sourced molasses and double-pot distilled, as it should be.
