TOUR BASICS
Learn how our spirits are crafted & the rich history of distilling in the U.S., & specifically Illinois. Tours & tastings take ~45 minutes.
ENJOY OUR SPIRIT*
Tours start in our lower-level in our bar and lounge, Whiskey Underground, where you can choose from a variety of drinks, all made with our spirits.
WITNESS THE GOODNESS
You’ll then move to the distillery floor followed by a stop where our spirits* and merchandise are available for purchase.
*Must be 21 to taste or buy spirits.

A GRAIN-TO-GLASS DISTILLERY…
We are a grain-to-glass distillery. All our whiskeys, including bourbon, rye, and limited releases such as 5-Grain, are tributes to the distiller’s who’ve crafted spirits in Illinois for nearly 200 years.
Just as they did…
PRISTINE WATER
We begin with pristine water from a local spring not far from our home in historic downtown Vandalia.
HAND-SELECTED INGREDIENTS
We use local, hand-selected grains for our whiskeys, & craft our rum with molasses & turbinado sugar sourced directly from Louisiana.
A CUSTOM PROCESS
We mill the grains, ferment, distill, barrel, & bottle on-site. Spent whiskey mash returns to the farm and is fed directly to our cows. And they love it!

Enjoyed our visit to the distillery. Went on the tour. The samples were good as was the included cocktail. The owner is very knowledgeable and we enjoyed learning about the process to make whiskey, bourbon, rum and vodka. We drove 2 hours to get there and it was worth the travel.
