Optima, is an intimate family-owned and operated winery. Mike Duffy has been proudly produces premium wines for the past 27 years. Optima hand crafts 4,500 cases specializes in Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Zinfandel Port, Petite Sirah, and Riesling.
The limited production allows Mike, as winemaker to employ winemaking techniques that larger wineries don’t have time for, such as open-top fermentations, extended maceration and unfiltered wines.
